Paul Dumars, Jr. is a versatile executive leader with over 25 years of experience spanning accounting, corporate finance, information technology, operations, and human resources. He has driven long-term success for multi-million-dollar companies across nonprofits, private businesses, and for-profit corporations, dedicating the last 15 years to this endeavor.
Mr. Dumars currently serves as CFO/COO for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. He also leads Dumars Consulting, managing over 15 clients, and co-founded Moses & Dumars Investments, a private investment firm. Through Dumars Consulting, Inc., he was recently appointed interim CEO of Westnet, Inc., a 31-year medical supply company based in Boston.
Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Dumars is deeply committed to community service. Governor Rick Scott appointed him President of the Palm Beach County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in 2014, a position he was reappointed to in 2016. In 2016, Legacy Magazine recognized him as one of their Top 40 Under 40 for Broward & Palm Beach County Black Leaders, followed by his inclusion in their Top 50 Most Powerful & Influential Black Business Leaders in 2018. He additionally serves as president of the Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County, where he revitalized the budget and finance processes.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University (2001) and an MBA, cum laude, with a concentration in Management & Finance (2010). He also completed a second MBA from LSU in International Business.
